Glyn Yuhas has been providing excellent quality and service to both buyers and sellers of homes in Medicine Hat for over 25 years. As a realtor for Remax Medalta Real Estate, located at #109, 1235 Southview Drive S.E. in Medicine Hat, Glyn and his helpful assistant, Deb Marshall, believe in service above all else and strive to meet their motto: "Buy and Sell with confidence."
When asked why he works by that motto, Glyn replied: "For most people, buying a home is probably one of the largest investments they will ever make. It is a scary thing at times. We work hard to take the 'scare factor' out of the myriad of difficult decisions regarding that investment."
With a commitment to service, a thorough knowledge of the Medicine Hat and surrounding area market, 25 years of experience, and a Real Estate education that he continuously updates, Glyn is set above the crowd in the busy real estate industry and market, but what really sets him above the crowd is his "hometown" Medicine Hat advantage.
